Job Title : Business Development Executive
Location: 713 , Anam 1 , Opp Parimal Garden , Next to AMBUJA House , Ahmedabad , 380006
Salary Package – Up to 3.6 LPA fixed salary (depends on your interview performance) + Monthly Incentives up to Rs.
50,000 (based on target achievements) + 1 extra salary as a Bonus/Reward on Quarterly Target Achievements. (Terms and
Conditions Apply*)
Skills Requirement:
- MBA/PGDM (Marketing) or any equivalent qualification.
- Someone who owns a personal vehicle + laptop (mandatory)
- Fresh minds & experienced hustlers welcome!
- Strong communicator with a presentable personality who loves meeting people & exploring opportunities

Your day-to-day work will include:
- As a Business Development Executive, your main role is to find new clients, explain our digital advertising services (Google Ads), and close sales.
- Identify potential clients and build a prospect list
- Make calls and schedule client meetings
- Visit clients to understand their business needs
- Present Google Ads solutions and handle basic queries
- Close deals and complete required documentation
- Follow up with clients and nurture relationships
- Work towards monthly sales targets
- Maintain and update daily activity reports

Incentive & Rewards:
- Target: 10 × monthly salary.
- Eligibility: Incentives start once you achieve 50% of your monthly target.
- Payout: Incentives are paid monthly (last week of every month).
- Special Reward: Achieve 125% target for 3 consecutive months in a quarter and earn 1 extra month’s salary.
Incentive Slabs (on service value sold):
- 50%–90% of target: 1%–4% of total volume sold (pro-rated)
- 100% of target: 5% of total volume sold
